Within GuardsPro, uploading files to a guard’s profile on the Back-Office Dashboard helps you keep important documents organized and easily accessible for your team. Whether it’s identification, certifications, or other relevant records, the system enables you to securely attach and manage these files directly within the guard’s profile. So that you know, these files are meant solely for internal record-keeping and cannot be accessed by guards through the mobile app.
Step-by-step guide to uploading files related to the guard on the Back-Office Dashboard:
To get started, click on Security Team from the main menu and select Security Guard from the dropdown. Then, choose the guard you want to upload files to.
Next, navigate to the "Files" tab in the submenu and click the "Upload New Files" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Exactly! You're now at the file upload interface, and you have two options:
Option 1: Drag & Drop
Option 2: Attach Files
After you’ve dropped or attached your files, look to the bottom right corner to upload your Files.
Additionally, if you'd like to edit, delete or download any of the added files, simply select the file, click the three-dot menu next to the added file, choose the desired option, and you're all set.
