How to force guard to clock-in inside geofence?

GuardsPro provides the convenience of allowing guards to clock in only when they are within a designated geofence. This feature helps ensure accurate attendance and location verification. The geofence restriction can be enforced across all guards at once or customized for individual guards, giving you flexibility and control based on your operational needs.

✅Enforcing setting for all the guards

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Settings, navigate to Security Guards and then under the Time Clock, select Enable Clock-In inside the geofence option and Save.


 

✅Enforcing setting for individual guards

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the Time Clock section, select Enable Clock-In inside the geofence and Save.
