How to enable idle alert notification of guards on the dashboard?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of setting an inactivity time period to receive idle alert notifications when guards on site aren't active for more than the specified time.

You can enable the idle alert notification for all guards or individual guards.

Enabling idle alert notifications for all guards

Using the Global Guard Settings, you can turn on the notification for all the guards at once.

Click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the General tab, select Enable idle alert after option and define the inactivity time-period to receive notifications when guards on site aren't active for more than the specified time and save.

Enabling idle alert notification for individual guards

You can also turn on the notification for individual guards.

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.



On the Settings tab, under the General section, select Enable idle alert after option and define the inactivity time-period to receive notifications when guards on site aren't active for more than the specified time and save.
