How to view DAR on the Guard Mobile App?

Staying organized, accountable, and efficient during a shift is crucial for every security professional. That’s where the Daily Activity Report (DAR) feature on the GuardsPro Mobile App makes all the difference.

Designed to streamline security operations, the DAR feature enables guards to log, manage, and review daily activities and observations directly from their mobile devices. From documenting routine patrols and reporting incidents to recording unusual events, DAR turns your mobile app into a real-time digital logbook, eliminating the hassle of manual paperwork.

Whether you’re stationed on-site or out on patrol, DAR ensures every detail is accurately captured, timestamped, and easily accessible—enhancing communication between guards and supervisors while improving overall operational transparency.

✅Step by step instruction to view DAR on Guard Mobile App: 

Once logged into the app, select the Post Site option next to the Home option. After checking into the post site, scroll down and select the DAR icon.

View Submitted Reports
You’ll now see a list of submitted reports in the DAR, including Check-ins, Site Tours, Reports, Tasks, and more.

Use the Calendar to Filter Reports : Tap the calendar icon at the top-right corner. Scroll to select the desired date and Tap Done to view DARs from that specific day

Tap the “+” Icon to Add a New Entry :

After checking in, tap the “+” icon in the bottom-right corner to add a new record. You'll see the following options:

• New Site Tour

• New Report

• New Task

Select the appropriate option to log new activity.

By following these simple steps, you can:

• Review previously submitted reports

• Log new activity (site tours, reports, tasks)

• Stay on top of your shift duties and DAR responsibilities
