Reminders can be created directly by guards through the mobile app or assigned by admins via the Back-Office Dashboard (BOD). Once a reminder is saved, guards will receive a friendly notification at the scheduled time. They also have the option to mark reminders as completed, which will apply a strike-through effect, or archive them if they’re no longer needed. Additionally, guards can add comments or updates to existing reminders for better task tracking.

Creating a reminder in the GuardsPro app is quick and easy. To begin, log into the GuardsPro Mobile app and tap on the “Reminders” option available on the home screen.
Once you're in the Reminders screen, tap the “Create Reminder” button to begin setting up a new entry.
📝 Setup Fields:

Reminder Title: Enter a clear and descriptive title, followed by a brief description outlining the task or event.

Date and Time: Set the exact date and time you'd like to receive the reminder notification.

Priority Level: Select a priority level—High, Medium, or Low—to help you organize and prioritize your tasks.

Remind: Choose how far in advance you want to be notified. Available options include:
30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 4 days, or 8 days before the event.
⚠️ Note: The reminder must be set at least 30 minutes before the scheduled task for the assigned post site. -
Repeat (for recurring reminders): Select how often the reminder should repeat. Options include:
Never, 1 Week, 2 Weeks, 3 Weeks, Monthly, or Yearly. - Use the + icon to add media files to your tasks or events, including images, videos, or audio clips.
Once all required details are filled in, tap “Create Reminder” to save it. Your reminder is now set and will notify you according to your configuration.
After saving your reminders, the app will notify you at the specified time to help you stay on top of your tasks.
Within your list of reminders, you can:

Use the comment box to add notes or updates related to the reminder. You can also attach media files such as images, videos, or audio clips. Once you're done, tap the arrow icon to submit your entry.

Mark as Completed: Once the task is done, tap the checkbox to mark the reminder as completed.

Archive Completed Reminders: To remove a completed reminder from your active list, tap the three dots (⁝) and select ‘Archive’ and that's it.
