GuardsPro Parking Manager offers real-time insights and flexibility in managing vehicles assigned to parking lots. On-site incidents can be reported via the mobile app and reviewed by admins or managers through the back-office dashboard.
To get started, Log into the GuardsPro app and select the Post Site option next to the Home screen.
Choose the assigned post site and click Check-In. Once checked in, navigate to Parking Manager.
Select the Incidents tab to view a list of previously submitted incidents.
Tap on an incident from the list to access its details.
Additionally, To add a new incident tap the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the incident you want to print to view its detailed information.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and select Print to generate a printed copy of the submitted incident report.
This streamlined process ensures quick access to incident reports and easy printing directly from the mobile app.
