How to locate the company code to share with your guards on the Back Office Dahboard?

The Join by Code feature in GuardsPro allows guards to quickly register through the GuardsPro Mobile App, seamlessly connecting them with your company. This streamlines the onboarding process and ensures efficient guard management and operations.

Admins or managers can easily locate and share the company code directly from the Back Office Dashboard.

📌 Prerequisites

• Only Super Admins, Admins, and authorized users with the necessary permissions can locate and share company codes.

• Stable network connection is required for sending codes via text message.

• Refresh company codes periodically for added safety.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to locate the company code to share with your guards on the Back Office Dashboard:

👮 Step 1: Navigate to Security Guards

• Click on Security Team in the main menu.

• Select Security Guards.

• On the next page, you’ll see a list of all guards registered in the system.

• Click on New Guard to add a new security guard.

🔑 Step 2: Generate Company Code

• Click on the Join by Code option.

• Your Company Code will be displayed on the screen.

• Share this code with the guard using their phone number.

📲 Step 3: Share Code with Guards

• Once shared, the guard receives a text message containing the invitation code and a link to download the GuardsPro Mobile App.

• The guard enters the invitation code on the mobile app when prompted to join the company.

Guards can also be manually provided with this code.

⚠️ Note: Do not refresh the page until the guard has successfully joined.

To invite multiple guards at once, click the Plus (+) icon and enter their phone numbers. Each guard will receive an invitation via text message.

⚠️ Important Note For security reasons, refresh the company code periodically using the refresh button next to it. Ensure codes are shared only with authorized guards, and monitor invitations to confirm guards have successfully joined before refreshing the code.
