GuardsPro Mobile in-app notifications keeps security guards informed with prioritized real-time notifications, enabling faster responses to critical tasks and incidents. Its intuitive interface ensures important instructions are never missed, improving efficiency and overall site security.
To manage notifications, tap the three-bar menu on the left side of the home screen and select Settings.
Next, navigate to the Notifications section to manage your in-app notification preferences, including push, email, and SMS notifications.
Further, open them individually and turn ON or OFF the notifications as needed. Also you can turn ON/OFF all the required fields in one go by enabling the Turn On/Off All Notifications toggle button.
Push Notification : You can review the push notification for your account and make sure it is enabled as per your employer instructions.
Similarly, in Email, by default, Turn On All Notifications toggle button is disabled. Also you have the option to enable or disable each one of them based on your requirements.
Finally, SMS notifications, again by default, Turn On All Notifications toggle button is disabled. Also you have the option to enable or disable each one of them based on your requirements.
Note: SMS notifications are only available when the SMS module is enabled through the back office dashboard by your security company.
