How to create pass down report on mobile?

Pass down logs allow guards to record a brief summary of events that occurred during their shift at a post site. These logs help incoming guards stay informed and ensure continuity between shifts.

Once you've checked in at a post site, you can create a passdown report directly from the app:

Swipe the screen left to see the Passdown under the Post Sites page and click it.

Click on the Plus button on the screen and then enter the details to the pass down log. Click on the add button to attach image, video or audio file to the pass down log.

These pass down entries can be accessed by the admin on the Back-Office Dashboard or by the guards checked-in to the post site.
