The Pass Down Report feature in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App is designed to improve communication between shifts. Pass-down logs allow guards to record a brief summary of events that occurred during their shift at a post site. This ensures incoming guards are well-informed, supports continuity between shifts, and helps supervisors maintain a clear record of site activity.
Note :If the setting to mandatorily submit a Pass Down Report is enabled in the Back Office Dashboard, you will not be able to check out of your shift without submitting the report.
✅ Step-by-Step guide to create pass down report on the Guard Mobile App:
Once you've checked in at a post site,
Swipe the screen left to see the Passdown under the Post Sites page and click it.
On the next screen, you will see the list of existing Pass Down logs for the selected post site.
To create a new entry, Tap on New Pass Down at the bottom of the screen.
To view a previous Pass Down:
Tap the calendar icon in the top-right corner of the screen and the calendar will open. Select the desired date to view the Pass Down logs submitted on that day.
Note: You can only select one date at a time from the calendar to view the Pass Down log for that specific day.
Enter the required details for the log.
(Optional) Tap the Add button to attach an image, video, or audio file to your entry.
These pass down entries can be accessed by the admin on the Back-Office Dashboard or by the guards checked-in to the post site.
