The Pass Down Report feature in the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App helps improve communication and maintain continuity between shifts. It allows guards to record important events, observations, and updates from their shifts at a post site so that incoming guards are informed about relevant activities and pending matters.
These reports also help supervisors maintain a clear record of site activities and ensure smooth communication between team members.
📌 Prerequisites
Before creating or viewing a Pass Down Report, ensure that:
You have checked in at the relevant post site.
You have access to the Pass Down feature for the selected post site.
The setting to require Pass Down Report submission has been enabled by an authorized back office team member through their dashboard.
Important Note: If the mandatory Pass Down Report setting is enabled, you must submit a Pass Down Report before you can check out of your shift.
