How to send task/tour delay notification from the dashboard?

GuardsPro allows you to automatically notify the guards and admin about delays in starting a tour or task.

You can turn on the setting for all guards or individual guards.

Setting up task/tour delay notifications for all guards

Click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down menu.



On the Global Guard Settings, under the Notification tab, select Send Task/Tour delay notification after option, define the time for the delay notification, and Save.



Setting up task/tour delay notification for individual guards

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.



On the Settings tab, under the General tab, select Send Task/Tour delay notification after option, define the time for the delay notification and Save.
