In addition to global guard settings, the GuardsPro back office dashboard allows you to modify settings for individual guards.
To access these options, go to Security Team in the main menu and click on Security Guards. You will see a list of all guards registered in the system. To view or update a guard’s specific settings, simply click on their profile from the list.
1. Overview: The Overview tab offers a detailed summary of the guard’s profile, including their name, guard number, date added, and last worked date. It also displays a comprehensive Stats section that highlights performance metrics such as post sites assigned, tours completed, tasks completed, reports submitted, and hours worked, along with comparative insights. Additionally, the Latest Activity section logs all recent actions, including check-ins, check-outs, clock-ins, clock-outs, and any missed activities, with a filter option to streamline the view.
2. Profile: Under the profile section, you can view and update limited guard profile information, including general details, contact information, device info, emergency contact, driver's license status, hourly pay rate, and additional data such as languages, skills, and category assignment. Please note that only selected fields can be edited directly on the dashboard—contact and profile details must be updated through the mobile app, as shown in the screenshots for reference.
3. Availability: The security guard can update their availability on the GuardsPro mobile app. The same is visible to the admin here. You can also edit it on behalf of your guard right from here.
4. KPIs: The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) feature in GuardsPro allows administrators to track and measure individual guard performance based on key operational activities such as standard reports, incident reports, checklists, tasks, and site tours. Within a guard’s profile, admins can set daily, weekly, or monthly targets by selecting the KPI type, defining the frequency, entering the required target, and clicking “Add” to save. This helps ensure guards meet performance expectations and supports continuous performance management.
5. Licenses: Here on this tab, the admin can view the license details as added by the guard on his mobile app. You can check the license type, number, expiry date and license uploaded. Admin can also add a license here.
6. Notes: Notes come in handy to add in details for future reference. Any notes added under the guard profile will be visible here.
7. Reminders :
This tab enables you to set reminders for your guards to complete specific tasks during their patrols. You can customize reminders to ensure that important tasks are not overlooked and are completed on time.
