How to allow system to auto clock-in/out based on scheduled time?

Guardspro gives you the convenience of allowing the guards to auto-clock in or clock-out based on scheduled time. This saves the guards from manually clocking-in/out on the shifts making the process seamless.

You can allow all guards at once or for individual guards.

Allowing all guards to auto clock-in/ out

Click on your company name on the top right corner and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the Scheduler tab, select the Allow system to auto clock-in based on scheduled time or Allow system to auto clock-out based on scheduled time option and Save.

Allowing individual guards to auto clock-in/out

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the Scheduler tab, select the Allow system to auto clock-in based on scheduled time or Allow system to auto clock-out based on scheduled time option and Save.
