How to allow guard to exchange shift without approval?

The exchange shift feature allows the guards to exchange their assigned shifts with other security guards. Depending on the preference, the admin can choose to manually approve the exchange shift requests or set requests to be approved automatically.

In this article we’ll learn how to allow the guards to exchange shifts without approval.

You can enforce the setting for all guards at once or for individual guards.

Allowing all guards to exchange shift without approval

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the Scheduler tab, select the Allow guard to exchange shift without approval and Save.

Allowing individual guards to exchange shift without approval

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the Scheduler tab, select the Allow guard to exchange shift without approval and Save.
