How to disable manual clock-in for guards?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of allowing the security guards to clock-in on a client site only when he/she is assigned to a particular shift by disabling manual clock-in for the guards.

You can enforce the setting for all guards at once or for individual guards.

Disabling manual clock-in for all the guards

Using the Global Guard Settings, you can turn on the notification for all the guards at once.

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the Time Clock, select the Disable manual clock-in option.

Disabling manual clock-in for individual guards

You can also turn on the notification for individual guards.

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the Time Clock section, select Disable manual clock-in option.
