Adding skill sets and departments in the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard empowers you to assign different skill sets and departments to guards which makes it convenient to schedule shifts, based on the skill and department requirements, as may be demanded by the clients or the post site.
Adding Skill Set
To add a skill set, click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Now under the Skill Set tab, click on the Add New Skill Set button.
On the next screen, you are supposed to add the name and description of the skill. You can choose to assign the skill set to multiple guards or an individual guard here. Once done, simply click on Save and the skill set will be successfully added.
To assign a skill set to guards not assigned earlier, click on the three dots and select Edit from the drop-down. Note you can also choose to activate, deactivate, or even delete a skill set.
Note: To schedule shifts based on skill set make sure the skills are assigned to the guards.
Adding Department
To add departments, click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Now under the Departments tab, click on New Department.
Now simply add in the Department name and description. You can choose to assign guards to the department here or you can do it later.
