How to force guard to clock-out inside geofence?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of allowing the guards to clock-out inside geofence.

You can enforce the setting for all guards at once or for individual guards.

Enforcing setting for all the guards

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Settings, navigate to the Security guards, and then under the Time Clock, select Enable Clock-Out inside geofence and Save.

Enforcing setting for individual guards

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the Time Clock section, select Force guard to Clock-Out inside geofence option and save.
