How to assign skill set to guards to dashboard?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of categorizing guards based on the skill sets. This makes it possible to assign shifts to guards based on skills to the requirements of specific clients or post sites.

Before you assign skills to the guards, make sure that you have added skill sets to the GuardsPro Dashboard. After that is done you can go ahead and assign the skill sets to guards in two simple steps:

First, click on the Security Team on the main menu and then select Security Guards. You see a list of guards registered in the system. Next, click on the guard name.

Under the Skill Set tab click on the Assign Skill Set.

On the pop up that appears, simply select the skill from the drop-down menu and click Assign.

After you've assigned a skill set to guards you'll need to enable a skill set in scheduling. Once that is done, the guard will be shown under the list of guards available to be scheduled as per the skill the client or the post site demands.
