How to change the time format in the Guard Mobile App?

The GuardsPro Guard Mobile App allows you to customize how time is displayed by choosing between the 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.

📌 Prerequisites

Before changing the time format, make sure that:

• You have installed the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App on your mobile device.
• You are registered and successfully logged in to the app.

✅ Follow the steps below to change the time format according to your preference using the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.

Step 1. Open Settings

1. Open the GuardsPro Guard Mobile App.
2. Tap the three-line menu (☰) in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.

Step 2. Open Change Time Format

1. On the Settings screen, locate and tap Change Time Format.
2. You will see the available time format options.

Step 3. Select Your Preferred Time Format

1. Choose your preferred time format:
   • 12-Hour Format – Displays time using AM and PM (e.g., 02:30 PM).
   • 24-Hour Format – Displays time using the 24-hour clock (e.g., 14:30).
2. Select your preferred option to apply the change.

Important Notes

• You can switch between the 12-hour and 24-hour time formats whenever needed.
• Changing the time format only affects how time is displayed in the app. It does not change your actual shift timings or scheduled hours.
• Make sure to select the format that is most convenient for you.
