GuardsPro enables dispatchers to efficiently log dispatch calls received from client properties and instantly assign them to guards. Once assigned, guards receive immediate notifications and can access the dispatch ticket details directly through the GuardsPro Mobile App, ensuring faster coordination and rapid response to on-site incidents.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view a dispatch ticket on the GuardsPro mobile app:
After you are logged in to the app, go to the home screen and click on the Dispatch.

A list of dispatch tickets are visible on the next screen, click to view details. Click on On The Way or Arrived On Site to update your location or status for the dispatch ticket.
Once you've confirmed your status, you can also add live comments to the dispatch ticket. The notes can be accessed and replied to by the dispatcher on the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard in real-time.
After the dispatch ticket has been attended, click on the three dots option on the top right corner of the screen and close the ticket.
