GuardsPro Mobile App allows the guards to directly chat with the customer care executive in case of any queries.
To raise any queries, click on the three lines on the top left corner of the app to access the main menu, and then select GuardsPro Support.
On the next screen, you can directly start a chat with the customer support center.
