How to use GuardsPro Messenger?

The GuardsPro messenger allows the guards to communicate with other guards and admin. They can add images captured on the site, audio messages, and video files and share them instantly to clarify any miscommunication related to post orders, tasks, and schedules.

After you’re logged in to the app, click on the Messenger located on the bottom bar menu. Here you can see the previous chat threads. You can click on a thread to continue the conversation.

To start sending a new message, click on the Plus button.

Here you have the option to start a new post site chat with the guards logged in the particular post site, create a new group, or chat one-on-one with different users.

Just click on the user. If your chat is site specific you can choose the post site in the next step or you can skip it.

Now go ahead and type the message, to add image, audio or video click on the add button.

You can also archive and mute chat conversation by sliding left on the messenger list screen. The app further allows you to view archived conversation lists by clicking on the three dots on the top right corner of the screen and select Archive. 

To unarchive the conversation, simply slide left again and click on the Unarchive button.

Note: Push notifications will not be muted for the muted chats.
