With GuardsPro Guard Web Portal, guards can submit reports in minutes making sure the reporting is convenient, quicker, simpler, and supported by images and audio/video files when needed.
Before submitting any report, make sure you have checked in to the post site by clicking the Check-In option on the top of the screen.
Once you checked in, all you need to do is click on Reports on the main menu. On the next screen, you have a list of previous reports submitted under this report category. To generate a new report, click on the New Report button.
On the screen that pops up now, enter all the required details one by one so that the report is clear and comprehensive. You can also attach images to the report. Once you’ve added all the required details, hit Add.
This is added to the list of reports with the default status as pending. The status is updated as the admin approves the report. Similarly, you can add hourly reports or customized reports to suit your specific patrol needs.
