How to reset mobile app password?

The guards can reset the mobile app password in quick two steps:

To change the password, simply logout of the app and click on Forgot Password.

Next, add your registered mobile number. The OTP will be sent to this number and your registered email ID. Now, enter the OTP, type new password, and Submit.

Now, you’ll be redirected to the login page. You can now login with your new password.
