Right from the GuardsPro Guard Web Portal, the guards can maintain a virtual record of the visitors and vehicles that enter the client site. These records are securely stored in a cloud database and can be accessed by the admin or manager on the Back-Office Dashboard and be shared with the clients.
After you are logged in to the Guard Web Portal, you have to check-in to a post site.
To add a Visitor, click on the Visitor Manager on the main menu. On the next screen you have the details of all the visitors. To add a new visitor click on Add Visitor.
Now add all the required details one by one. This will be added to the visitor profile.
You can check- in the visitor multiple times using the same profile. To check-in click on the three dots and select Check-In.
Now, from the Vehicle dropdown you can select from the vehicles previously added or you can add details for a new vehicle. After all details are updated - person to meet, checked-in date and time, location, and reason to visit, hit Submit.
Similarly to check-out click on the three dots, select Check-out from the drop-down menu and add the check-out details.
You can flag a visitor as well. Simply select the option Flag from the drop-down menu, clicking on the three dots, and add the details.
