How to change global post site settings on the Back Office Dashboard?

🛠 Step 1: Access Settings

• Click on your company name at the top right corner of the dashboard.

• Select Settings from the drop‑down menu.

🌍  Step 2: Open and Configure Global Post Site Settings

• Under the Global Post Site Settings tab, you’ll find all available options.

• Any changes made here will be reflected across all post sites.

👉 After enabling or disabling any option, make sure to hit the Save button so that the changes will apply across all post sites. 

Here’s what you can enable or enforce:

⏰ Enforce clock‑in before check‑in : Guards must clock‑in to their shift before checking in at the post site.

📍 Notify on geofence entry/exit : Admins are instantly notified when guards enter or exit the geofenced area.

🚪 Enable check‑in inside geofence : Guards can only check‑in when inside the geofence.

🚪 Enable check‑out inside geofence : Guards can only check‑out while inside the geofence.

📑 Enforce post order acknowledgement : Guards must acknowledge post orders after checking in.

⏳ Auto check‑out after 24hrs : Guards are automatically check out after 24 hours if they don’t check out manually.

📝 Reminder to submit pass‑down : Guards are reminded to submit at least one pass‑down before checkout.

📝 Enforce pass‑down log submission : Guards must submit a pass‑down log before checking out.

📞 Allow guard to view security team details : Guards can view contact details of other team members.

📅 Auto publish client‑requested shifts : Open shifts requested by clients from their client web portal are automatically published on the Back Office Dashboard.

✅ Enforce pass‑down acknowledgement : Guards must acknowledge pass‑downs for their assigned post site within the specified timeframe.

• Available options: 24 hours, 2 days, 4 days, or 1 week.
