Adding guards to GuardsPro individually can be time-consuming, especially when setting up multiple guard profiles. The Import Guard Data feature simplifies this process by allowing you to upload guard information in bulk using a CSV file, making it faster and easier to maintain organized and consistent guard records.
📌 Prerequisites
Before importing guard data, ensure:
Guards are already hired and their details are ready.
You have admin access to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard.
Guard details (name, mobile number, email, licenses, etc.) are complete and accurate.
The CSV file is prepared using the GuardsPro template format.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to import guard data to the Back Office Dashboard:
👥 Step 1: Access Security Team
From the main menu, click on Security Team.
Select Security Guards from the drop‑down.
Step 2: Select Import Option
Click on the three‑dot (⋮) menu next to Filters.
Select the Import option.
📥 Step 3: Upload CSV File
Download the CSV file from here and enter the required details.
While adding the details, make sure that:
All guard details are entered correctly.
All required fields are completed.
The country code is added with the mobile number.
⚠️ Note: Incorrect formatting in the CSV file may cause the import to fail. Always verify the template before uploading.
💾 Step 4: Submit File
Once all the details are added, save the CSV file and click Browse Your CSV File Here to select and upload the completed file.
Click Submit to complete the import.
Guards will automatically appear in the Guard List after successful upload.
🎯 That’s it! Importing guard data into GuardsPro makes onboarding faster, reduces manual effort, and ensures smooth guard management. By using the CSV import option, admins can maintain accurate records and streamline operations across the Back Office Dashboard.
