The Site Tour feature on the GuardsPro Client App allows clients to view the site tours conducted by security guards at their designated post sites. This ensures better visibility into guard activities, compliance with tour schedules, and improved site security monitoring.
✅ Step-by-Step guide to view the site tour report on the client's mobile app.
First, download the Guardspro Client Application from the Google Play Store. Then log in with your credentials.
A page will appear prompting you to select the post-site. Once selected, a confirmation message will appear to ask if you want to proceed. Click Select to confirm your choice.
On the home screen, you can view the current activity of your locations. To proceed, simply navigate to the Reports option at the bottom
Next, a page will appear displaying General and Incident Reports. Under the General Reports section, click on Site Tour Report
A list of the added site tours will be displayed on the screen. Click on a site tour to view its details. To refine the results, use the filter option in the top-right corner, where you can select filters such as date and guard to generate your site tour reports. Based on the filters applied, the results will display the site tour report details, including tour name, post site, assigned guards, tour description, total tags, scanned tags and missed tags etc.
