How to check passdown logs on the GuardsPro Client App?

It's through GuardsPro passdown logs that you can ensure security guards pass down vital information to fellow security guards, encouraging transparency and the ability to make better decisions. Using GuardsPro Client App, the clients can view every passdown shared by a security guard on their post site. 

Simply follow these simple steps to check Passdown logs on the app:

Select the post site for which you want to view Passdown on the app and confirm. 

On this very next page you’ll find a section below the map with Reports, Site Tours, etc. Swipe this section to get to the next part. Here, you’ll find Passdown. Please tap on it.

Next, you will be taken to a page where you’ll be able to view Passdown logs that were recently shared by the security guards.

To view the details enclosed in the passdown, tap on the one you want to view. 

Further, to view a particular passdown from a security guard, tap on the icon on the top right corner of the app, select the date and guard, and save.
