How to check passdown logs on the Client Mobile App?

It's through GuardsPro pass-down logs that you can ensure security guards pass down vital information to fellow security guards, encouraging transparency and the ability to make better decisions. Using GuardsPro Client App, the clients can view every pass-down shared by a security guard on their post site. 

Simply follow these simple steps to check Pass-down logs on the app:

Select the post site for which you want to view Pass-down on the app and confirm. 

On the next page, you’ll see four options at the bottom: Home, Reports, Messenger, and More. Tap on Reports, and a new page will open displaying General, Incident Reports, Standard Reports, and Log Reports. Scroll down and select Log Reports.

Under Log Reports, tap on the Pass-down Logs tab.

To view a specific Pass Down Log of a security guard, tap the filter icon in the top-right corner of the app, then select the desired date and guard.

After selecting a date range, the list of available pass-down logs for that period will be displayed.

When you click on a specific pass-down log, it will open on a separate page for detailed viewing.
