Notes come in handy when you want to save important information about the post site or guards and share it across your team.
So, follow these steps to add notes under post sites or guards.
Adding Notes Under Post Sites
To get started, first of all, click on the Clients from the main menu and select Post Sites. Click on the post site where the note has to be added.
To add a new note, select the Notes tab, simply click New Note and enter all the necessary details one by one. You may also add an attachment if required for clarity and then hit Add. There you have it, you have just added a new note under the post site.
Adding Notes Under Guard Profiles
To add a note under a guard profile simply click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards. From the list of guards click on the guard name.
On the Notes tab click on the New Note button to add a new note.
On the next screen, just assign the note a title and add a description and hit Add.
You can edit or remove a note, just click on the three dots and select the appropriate option.
