The GuardsPro enables admins to manage and store all guard license information directly within the guard profile, ensuring centralized control and compliance. At the same time, guards can conveniently upload their own license documents from the GuardsPro Mobile App, keeping records up to date and reducing administrative effort.
This dual approach makes license management efficient: admins can monitor validity and receive expiry notifications, while guards can independently maintain their records. Together, it ensures guards always have valid licenses when working on client sites.
📌 Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- You have Admin or authorized access to the Back Office Dashboard.
- The necessary permissions to view and edit guard details.
- License information ready (license type, number, expiry date, and image).
