How to enable license expiry notification on the Back Office Dashboard?

In GuardsPro, keeping licenses valid is critical for smooth operations. The license expiry notification feature ensures admins and guards are alerted well in advance before any license reaches its expiration date. By enabling this option, you can: 

• Receive timely reminders before expiry.

• Prevent lapses that could affect compliance.

• Maintain uninterrupted services without last‑minute rush.

This feature can be configured globally for all guards or individually for specific guards, giving flexibility to administrators.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to enable license expiry notification on the Back Office Dashboard:

👥 For All Guards

🏢 Step 1: Access Settings  

• Click on your Company name at the top‑right corner of the dashboard.

• Select Settings from the drop‑down.

⚙️ Step 2: Open Global Guard Settings  

• Navigate to the Global Settings section.
• Select Security Guard.
• Under the Notifications tab, select Send license expiry notification before option.
• Define the number of days in advance you want the system to notify guards before their license expires.

👤 For Individual Guards

👥 Step 3: Access Security Team  

• From the main menu, click on Security Team.

• Select Security Guards from the drop‑down.

• Click on the security guard for whom you want to enable the notification.

⚙️ Step 4: Configure Notification Settings  

• Navigate to the Settings tab. 

• Under the Notifications section, select Send license expiry notification before option.
