GuardsPro enables you to manage and store all guard license information directly within the system. Administrators can easily add and maintain guard license records through the Back-Office Dashboard, ensuring centralized control and compliance. At the same time, guards have the convenience of uploading their own license documents directly from the GuardsPro Mobile App, keeping records up to date and reducing administrative effort.
We'll discuss both one by one:
1. Managing Guard License From Back-Office Dashboard
Click on the Security Team on the main menu and then select Security Guards. From the list of guards, click on the guard name to check the details of a particular guard.

On the next page under the Licenses tab, click on the New Licence.

Now select a license type, enter the license number, add an image of the license, the date when the license expires, and click Save.

This way you receive a notification whenever a guard’s license is about to expire to make sure you have enough time to get it renewed and your guards always have valid licenses when working on the client site.
2. Managing Guard License From The GuardsPro Mobile App
The admin can define the types of guard licenses which the guard can upload from the guard app.
Once you are logged into the app, click on the Setting tab, and then select the Manage Licenses option.

On the next screen, click on the Plus icon to upload a new license.

When you click on the License Name option, you see a list of the license types that you can upload. Select the appropriate license type and then add all the required details- the license number, expiry date, and a photo of the license. Once done, simply hit Save.

You can edit previously added license details, simply click on the license from the list and update the details.
Please note that the license details shared by the guard from their mobile app, cannot be edited by Back Office users from the back office dashboard.
