Generating a direct link to reports from the Back Office Dashboard allows you to quickly share or access specific reports without having to navigate through the entire system. Follow the steps below to generate a report link:
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to generate a link to reports on the back office dashboard.
To get started, navigate to the Reports section and select the type of report you want to generate (e.g., Standard Reports, Incident Reports, etc.).
Next, At the top of the page, apply filters—such as client, post site, date range, guard, or any other relevant criteria—to extract your results.
To streamline future access to your preferred data views, you can save your commonly used filter settings by selecting the ‘Save Filter’ option. This enables you to quickly retrieve data based on your predefined criteria without reapplying filters each time.
Once the list is filtered, choose the report you want to generate. Then, click the three dots next to the report and select the option "Generate Link."
A pop-up screen will appear displaying the temporary report link. Select the time period for which the link will be valid (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, etc.). After that, click on 'Copy Link'. The link will be successfully generated.
Once the link is generated, a link icon will appear below the report ID. You can copy the link from there and paste it into an email, chat, or document to share it with team members, clients, or supervisors. That’s it!
Additionally, from the same screen, you can also Flag the report or mark it for watch view.
