The Assign Reports feature on the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard allows administrators to easily link specific report templates—such as Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Vehicle Inspection Reports, and more—to designated post sites.
This feature ensures that guards working at a particular site can access and submit only the relevant reports, helping maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across operations.
By assigning reports to specific sites, you can streamline guard workflows by displaying only required report types. Reduce confusion and improve reporting accuracy. Customize reporting requirements for each site based on client needs. Simplify management and review of site-specific reports in one place.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to assign reports to a post site using the Back-Office Dashboard.
To get started, click on the Clients tab from the main menu and select Post Sites from the drop-down. Next, choose the Post site to which you want to assign reports.
Scroll down, and you will find the "Assign Reports" option available.
The next screen will display the default report types already assigned to the post site. To add a new one, click on the “Assign Report” button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click in the Assign Custom Report pop-up window, select a report from the Assign Report dropdown list and click "Assign" to complete the process.
If you want to create a new report type instead, simply click New Custom Report—and you’re done.
