The Hourly Report is a custom report available under Standard Reports in the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. It allows you to stay updated with key information from your client’s post site on an hourly basis. You can easily filter, edit, approve, export, and share these reports hassle-free. Designed to streamline operations, enhance accountability, and improve communication, the Hourly Report helps ensure you and your clients are always on the same page.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to check hourly report on the Back-Office Dashboard.
Click on the Reports tab from the main menu and under Standard Reports select Hourly Report.
Use the Filters available in the top right corner to narrow down reports by report type, client, post site, guard, report status, severity level, and a specific time period.
To save time and streamline your workflow, use the "Save Filter" option to store your frequently used filter settings. This allows you to instantly access filtered data without reapplying the same criteria each time.
Click on a specific entry to view detailed information, including notes, signatures, media files, and guard notes. As a back-office user, you also have the ability to add internal comments to the report for reference or follow-up.
Next, simply click on the three dots next to the report to edit or delete it, view report logs, generate a temporary shareable link, approve the report, or export it as a PDF or Excel file.
