The Geofencing feature in GuardsPro is designed to enhance guard accountability and site security by monitoring movement in real-time. It allows you to set up virtual boundaries around a post site using Google Maps. Once configured, the system tracks and records every entry and exit made by guards within the defined geofenced area. This ensures that guards remain within authorized zones during their shifts, helping you maintain compliance, improve operational oversight, and receive accurate location-based activity logs.
âś… Step-by-Step Guide to check geofence logs via Back-Office Dashboard

📊 Viewing and Filtering Geofence Logs
Here, you can view a comprehensive list of all entries and exits from the geofenced area, including details such as the client, post site, guard, geofence location, and the date and time of each entry or exit.
To narrow down the results, use the available filters to sort the logs by client, post site, guard, or a specific date range.
Additionally, the Report Filter allows you to generate a customized list of geofence logs based on your selected criteria. Simply choose the relevant filters to tailor the report to your needs.
For quicker access in the future, you can use the 'Save Filter' option to store your frequently used filter settings—enabling you to retrieve filtered data instantly without reapplying the same criteria each time.
📍 Viewing Guard Location on the Map
By clicking on 'View Location,' you can see the guard’s exact position on the map at the specified time.
Note: If the guard’s location appears within the green-colored circle, it indicates that they were inside the geofenced area of the scheduled post site.
