Flagging reports in the Back-Office Dashboard helps you easily highlight important Standard and Incident reports for quick access and further review. Follow the steps below to flag a report in GuardsPro:
To get started, navigate to the Reports section and open either a Standard Report or an Incident Report.
To flag a report, first locate the report you want to mark. Then, hover between the checkbox and the report ID to reveal the flag option. Finally, click on the Flag icon next to the report to flag it for further review.
Next, you will be prompted to add a reason for flagging the report. Once entered, please submit it.
The report will now be marked as flagged, making it easier to find later.
To view all flagged reports, use the filter option in the Reports section.
