The GuardsPro Dispatch feature is designed to make it easy for clients to manage dispatch calls for their post sites. It allows clients to efficiently record all important details related to a dispatch call, including the source of the call, caller information, incident details, and more.
Clients can assign a dispatch call to one or multiple guards at the post site. Once assigned, guards can share live updates, such as status changes, comments, images, videos, and audio notes, directly through the GuardsPro Mobile App, ensuring seamless communication and real-time tracking.
✅ Step-by-Step Guide to create a dispatch call on the client web portal.
To create a new Dispatch call, simply click on the option called Dispatcher from the main menu. On the next page, you will see the list of the latest dispatch calls.
Next, use the filters at the top of the page to extract data and view previously submitted dispatch tickets. You can filter by post site, status, or any other relevant criteria to narrow down your results.
To save time in the future, consider saving your commonly used filter settings by selecting the ‘Save Filter’ option. This allows you to quickly retrieve data based on your predefined criteria without needing to reapply filters each time.
To create a new dispatch call, simply click on the New Dispatch.
Start adding the details about the dispatch call on the next page, such as the post site from where the dispatch call is coming in from, assign the dispatch call to a single or multiple guards on the post, set priority, provide the details about the caller type, incident type and the actions taken by the dispatcher along with internal notes.
After you are done, just hit Submit. And it is that simple, you have just created a dispatch call.
