This helps streamline the check-in process and ensures accurate visitor logs are maintained. With this tool, client can efficiently register, track, and manage visitors and their vehicles, ensuring a secure and organized environment.
✅Here's a step by step instruction to add visitors and vehicles via the Client web portal
To add a Visitor :
- Log in to the GuardsPro Client Web Portal using your credentials. Here is the link to access it.
- From the dashboard, click on Visitor Manager in the main menu.
- Next, click on the Visitors option.
- Click the “Add Visitor” button on the top right corner.
Proceed by selecting the client, post site, and guard, then continue to enter the visitor’s name. You can also include additional details such as an image, ID number, ID image, mobile number, phone number, email address, company name, and a label for better clarity and identification.
- Click Save to register the visitor.
Steps to Add a Vehicle:
Click on Visitor manager. Then click on Vehicles in the sub menu.
After clicking on Vehicles, click on Add Vehicle option on the top right corner.
Then proceed to enter vehicle details such as:
- Vehicle Image
- Year
- Make
- Model
- Colour
- License plate no
- Ownership
- VIN Number
- Description
And finally, assign it to a visitor who is already added to the system.
Click Submit to log the vehicle.
