Assigning guards to post sites is an important and mandatory step that allows guards to perform their assigned duties at the correct location.
Once your guards and post sites are ready, assign each guard to the location/post sites where they will work. This allows guards to access site-specific information, tasks, reports, and other assigned activities through the Mobile App.
You can assign one or multiple guards to a post site based on your operational requirements.
Prerequisites
Before assigning guards to post sites, make sure:
The client and post site have been created in your GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard account.
The required guards have been added to your account.
If you want to assign guards based on skill sets or departments, make sure these are already assigned to the guards.
Site Tours, Tasks, Post Orders, or Checklists should be created beforehand if you want to assign them along with the post site.
