The GuardsPro gives you the convenience of setting an inactivity time period to receive idle alert notifications when guards on site aren’t active for more than the specified time.
This notification can be enabled globally for all guards or individually for specific guards, giving admins flexibility and control.

Before enabling idle alert notifications, ensure:
Guards are already added to the Back Office Dashboard.
The required notification settings are enabled.
Guards have an active internet connection and the required location permissions enabled on their devices for accurate activity tracking.

👥 For All Guards
🏢 Step 1: Access Settings
Click on your Company name in the top‑right corner of the dashboard.
Select Settings from the drop‑down menu.
⚙️ Step 2: Open Global Guard Settings
Navigate to the Global Settings section and click on Security Guard.
Under the General tab, select Enable idle alert after option.
Define the inactivity time‑period to receive notifications when guards on site aren’t active for more than the specified time.
Click Save.
👤 For Individual Guards
👥 Step 3: Access Security Team
From the main menu, click on Security Team.
Select Security Guards from the drop‑down.
Click on the security guard for whom you want to enable the idle alert notification.
👤 Step 4: Select Guard Profile & Configure Idle Alert
Navigate to the Setting tab.
Under the General section, select Enable idle alert after option.
Define the inactivity time‑period to receive notifications when that guard isn’t active for more than the specified time.
Click Save.
