The Vehicle Patrol feature in GuardsPro makes managing patrol operations simple and effective. It allows supervisors to define patrol routes, assign them to guards, and monitor activities in real time. Viewing these routes on the Back Office Dashboard ensures transparency, accountability, and smooth scheduling for every patrol shift.
✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to view routes on the vehicle patrol on the Back-Office Dashboard:
🧭 Step 1: Access Routes
From the main menu, click on Vehicle Patrol.
Select Routes from the drop‑down menu.
A list of all defined routes will appear on the dashboard.
🔍 Step 2: View Route Details
Select any route from the list to open its details.
On this screen, you can view important route details, including the route name, description, Scheduled Route information such as start and end times, and the days on which the route will be active.
If the Continuous Route option is enabled, you can also view the continuous route details for the selected scheduled days.
The Guard Filter section allows you to view the filters applied to assign guards based on their assigned department, skill set, or category.
Next, you can also view the assigned guards, selected post sites, and the patrol route defined for the route.
At the bottom of the page, you can here view the vehicle assigned to the route, along with the route settings enabled for the route.
To edit this route, navigate to the top of the page and click the Edit button in the top-right corner.
