The Vehicle Patrol feature in GuardsPro makes managing patrol vehicles and routes simple, effective, and organized. It allows admins to add vehicles, assign them to patrols, and track their usage seamlessly. With just a few quick steps, you can ensure every patrol vehicle is properly documented and ready for assignment, strengthening accountability and overall site security.

✅ This guide will walk you through the steps to add vehicles on the vehicle patrol on the Back-Office Dashboard:

🧭 Step 1: Access Vehicle Patrol

• From the main menu, click on Vehicle Patrol.

• Select Vehicles from the drop down.

• You will see a list of all vehicles already added to the system.

• Use the Filter option to quickly locate specific vehicles.

🚙 Step 2: Add & Assign a Vehicle

• Click on New Vehicle.

• On the next screen, enter the vehicle details such as year, make, model, license plate, etc.

• Once all details are filled in, click Submit.

• The vehicle will now appear in the list and can be assigned directly to a patrol route from the dashboard.
