This feature helps supervisors and administrators quickly grasp key details without reading the full report, making it easier to review lengthy entries, understand important incidents at a glance, save time during audits, improve overall efficiency, and prepare timely updates for clients.
✅ Step-by-Step guide to generate a report summary using Guardspro AI in the back office dashboard.
To get started, navigate to the Reports section and select the type of report you want to summarize (e.g., Standard Reports, Incident Reports)
Before generating a summary, ensure the setting “Enable Generation of Executive Report Summaries” is enabled.
Note: The summary option will only be available if this setting is turned on.
Next, locate the report by using the Search Report bar at the top to quickly find a specific entry, applying filters if needed, or simply scrolling through the report list to find it manually.
Generate the Summary
Select “Summarize”, or simply click the ✨ Summarize option.
GuardsPro AI will automatically analyze the report content, including all data submitted by the guard. A pop-up window will display the AI-generated summary of the report.
The system will then generate a clear and concise summary of the report content.
Additionally, if needed, you can regenerate the summary at any time by simply clicking the ✨ Summarize option again to generate an updated version.
⚠ Important Notes
The summary is generated based on the information entered in the report.
Ensure the report has been properly submitted from the mobile app before generating the summary.
