The GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard enables admins to manage and assign custom reports to individual post sites based on their specific operational needs. Admins can use the reports already available in the system or create additional custom reports when a required reporting option is not available.
By assigning the relevant custom reports to each post site, admins can ensure guards have access to the appropriate reporting options for their assigned locations. This helps keep reporting structured, consistent, and aligned with site-specific requirements.
π Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure that:
You have access to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard with the req'\7uired permissions.
The client and post site to which you want to assign reports have been created.

Click the Assign Report button in the top-right corner of the screen.
The Assign Custom Report pop-up window will appear.
π Step 4: Select and Assign a Report
- In the Assign Custom Report pop-up window, click the Assign Report drop-down list.
- Select the report type you want to assign to the post site.
π Note: Report types that have already been assigned to the post site will appear greyed out and cannot be selected again.

Verify that the selected report appears in the list of reports assigned to the post site.
π Note: If the required report is not available in the existing list, click New Custom Report in the Assign Custom Report pop-up window.
