The GuardsPro AI Settings page allows administrators to enable or disable AI-powered features that enhance report generation, organization, and overall reporting efficiency. These intelligent tools help improve report readability, provide real-time insights, speed up analysis, and enable smarter filtering across the platform.
✅ This guide will help you configure GuardsPro AI settings in the Back Office Dashboard.
Log in to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard. Click on your company name in the top-right corner. Select Settings from the drop-down menu. Next, from the submenu, click on GuardsPro AI.
You will be redirected to the GuardsPro AI Settings page, where you can manage multiple AI-powered options based on your preferences.
⚙️Available GuardsPro AI Options
1. Enable Generation of Executive Report Summaries
Generate concise, professional summaries from detailed reports to support efficient supervisor reviews and clear client communication. When enabled, GuardsPro AI automatically creates executive-level summaries that highlight key information and insights, allowing managers and stakeholders to quickly review reports without going through full details.
2. Enable Smart Report Tagging & Filtering
Use AI to automatically assign relevant tags to incident reports, enabling fast and intuitive filtering and categorization. This feature makes it easier to search, organize, and manage a large volume of reports by intelligently tagging them based on content.
3. Enable Real-Time Report Enhancement
Allow guards to revise and enhance reports directly from the mobile app using AI-assisted suggestions. When enabled, GuardsPro AI improves clarity, compliance, and professionalism by enhancing reports in real time as they are created or updated.
💾Saving Your Settings
After selecting your preferred AI options, click on the Save Settings button located on the right side of the screen. Your changes will take effect immediately.
📊Token Usage
The Token Usage indicator shows your current AI token consumption and the total available limit. This helps you monitor AI feature usage within your account.
