The Asset Management module in the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard allows admins to efficiently track, manage, and monitor company assets from a centralized interface.
It provides detailed visibility into asset assignments, locations, status, and usage history, while allowing assets to be linked to specific guards or post sites. All records are securely maintained for operational reference, audits, and reporting — ensuring better control and accountability across your organization.
📌 Prerequisites
Only super admin, admins, or authorized users can create or import assets.
Asset creation/import is accessible only if the Asset Management module is active in your company subscription.
Ensure categories are already created to classify assets properly.
For bulk import, vendor and asset details must be entered in the provided template with all required fields completed.
