The GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard allows admins to view and monitor docs and policies acknowledged by security guards. This helps ensure that guards have reviewed the required policies and supports effective compliance monitoring across the organization.
Using the Docs and Policies report, Back Office users can search for acknowledged logs based on clients, post sites, and guards. This makes it easier to review policy acknowledgment records and track compliance.
Under the reports section, users can also access archived data for previously archived guards using the filter, as well as email or export reports in PDF and Excel formats for recordkeeping and further review.
Please note: Company policies must be added to the Back Office Dashboard before guards can access and acknowledge them through the GuardsPro Mobile App.
