Keep your policies up to date and ensure easy access to important information for your team. GuardsPro’s Policies & Docs feature simplifies document management by enabling seamless sharing, improved visibility, and better compliance across your organization. To maintain clarity, use clear and descriptive document names, keep documents updated, organize them into appropriate categories for easy access, and remove outdated files to avoid confusion. Please note that only Back Office users with the appropriate permissions, such as Admin or Manager roles, can upload and manage documents in the Policies & Docs section.
✅ Step-by-Step guide to add a document to the policies & docs in the Back-Office Dashboard:
To add a document to Policies & Docs, click on your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Next, click on the Policies & Docs tab.
To create a new company policy, click New Company Policy in the top-right corner of the page.

Enter the title and policy content you want to share with your guards. Assign the department, skill set, and select the applicable guard(s).

Next to To attach a document, click Attach File, select the file from your system, and then click Save to complete the process. You can attach multiple files at once. However, only the following file formats are supported:
.gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx
Manage Existing Policies
To update, edit, remove, print, or export an existing policy, simply select the relevant policy and click the three-dot menu next to it. Choose the required action from the available options.

Edit an Existing Policy & Update Attachments
To add or update documents for an existing policy, click the three-dot menu next to the policy and select Edit.
Update the title or description as needed, click Attach File to add new documents, and save the changes.
To remove an unwanted document, click the cross (✕) icon next to the file.
